How She Became the Queen of Ageless Vitality at 88

Wowza Lodge

Let’s try something different.

Not another Zoom room with stiff intros and blank stares.

This Monday at noon Eastern, we kick off The Wild Circle. It's a mastermind for Entrepreneurs Gone Wild where the only rule is… you have to be outside.

Yep. Forest, backyard, porch, parking lot - it all counts. Just no desks, no slides, no pretending.

We’ll trade wins, questions, stuck points, and sparks of clarity around a virtual campfire (and yes, showing up messy is totally allowed).

If you’ve been craving fresh air, real connection, and entrepreneurial momentum that doesn’t drain your soul, well, this might be the most grounded hour of your week.

Hope to see you under the sky.

And speaking of adding a little more WILD into your life, you’re in for a treat with today’s featured guest on the show. I won’t spoil the surprise, but be sure to check out the VIDEO version. You’ll know immediately what I mean.

She Wore a Mask and Everything Changed

Elisa Lodge was twelve years old when she disappeared. Not in a tragic, missing child sort of way. In a life-cracked-open sort of way.

She had a debilitating skin disease. Her classmates whispered, winced, and avoided her. Billy the Bully made sure nobody forgot she was different.

Then one day, her mother brought a mirror into her bedroom.

That mirror, plus a Halloween mask, became her first portal to freedom.

She slipped on the mask. She saw something new. Not her illness. Not her fear. Not her hunched-up, hiding posture.

She breathed.

Really breathed.

And everything shifted.

The girl who had been told she would never dance decided she'd be the world’s greatest ugly dancer. She danced wild and weird. She transformed. And two years later? She became a beauty queen.

But that’s not the story Elisa wanted to tell.

Because that moment wasn’t about winning a pageant. It was about discovering the truth that would shape her life, and eventually the lives of thousands of others: transformation doesn’t come from pretending to be someone else. It comes from breathing life back into your true self.

From Big Sur to Beijing

For decades, Elisa has been helping people move energy through their bodies and rediscover the aliveness they forgot they had. She’s taught expressive arts therapy before it had a name. She’s coached leaders inside Oracle, danced barefoot with CEOs, and opened up voice and vitality in executives, therapists, and performers from California to China.

At Esalen Institute, she was a group leader known for her playful yet profound style. She led outdoor movement and sound sessions beside sulfur hot springs overlooking the Pacific. She helped people wake up, not just spiritually, but physically. Breath, voice, movement. The works.

Her method? Reconnection.

With nature. With the body. With energy.

Theater of the Earth

At some point, Elisa realized that humans weren’t the only ones who needed a voice. So she created Theater of the Earth, a wild and wondrous performance collective where people would step into the role of endangered species or ancient trees, draped in forest-found costumes of bark and dried mushrooms.

They would become the beings we’ve stopped listening to.

Through that performance art, they’d reclaim parts of themselves too.

Because somewhere along the line, we stopped crawling, tumbling, roaring, howling. We started sitting, typing, smiling politely.

Elisa doesn’t want to undo maturity. She wants to restore vitality.

“We’re more than the edge of our skin,” she says. And she means it.

The Queen of Ageless Vitality

Today, at 88 years old, Elisa lives in Marina del Rey, walks daily near the ocean, rolls on the floor with her grandson, and teaches “ageless body language” through performance art, coaching, and playful movement.

She’s not just talking wellness. She’s living it.

No aches. No stiffness. Just motion.

Her approach combines breathwork, elemental awareness, playful expression, and deep embodiment. Want to sound more confident? She’ll walk you through the forest until your voice drops out of your throat and into your gut, where it belongs. Want to feel less alone? She’ll help you feel nature as an extension of your body, and everyone else as part of your wholeness.

She’s not subtle about the stakes either.

“The price of separation is aging,” she says. “But when we live as fluid water, nothing gets rusty.”

Come Alive Again

Elisa is proof that it’s not too late to reclaim your energy. Not at 40. Not at 60. Not at 88.

She’s still learning. Still playing. Still breathing fire.

If you want to work with her, she’s offering a 3-session package to explore ageless vitality, expressive voice, and creative embodiment.

She’ll meet you wherever you are (yes, even if you feel stiff, stuck, or self-conscious) and help you remember what it feels like to be fully alive again.

She’s not here to sell you youth.

She’s here to help you embody your truth.
